How to Access your E-Textbook(s)
The CHC81015 - Graduate Diploma of Relationship Counselling and CHC43315 Certificate IV in Mental Health do have e-textbook recourses inclusive with the enrolment. This article will help you navigate where to get these.

Upon confirming your enrolment booking the Student Support team will send you an email from the system (The Institute of Applied Psychology) with instructions on how to access your e-textbooks from the provider Cengage.
If you are having trouble locating the email sent by IAP please let us know via support@iap.edu.au and a friendly reminder to check your junk/spam folder
The email is usually captioned- "NB: Action Required Regarding your [Qual] E-textbooks"
Including Unique Code(s) with the below instructions:
1. Visit https://login.cengagebrain.com.au
2. Enter your access code above
3. Complete the registration process or sign in
4. Your product can now be accessed from your cengage dashboard
