Centrelink and other Government Agencies and our Courses
Some accredited courses are accepted by government agencies for evidence required for certain payments. Non Accredited courses are normally not accepted for payments by DSS or Centrelink

Our CHC43315 Certificate IV in Mental Health is an approved course for purposes of attaining some Centrelink or DSS funding.
The CHC51015 Diploma of Counselling MAY be acceptable to DSS for funding but that depends on how you are studying it - how many hours a week etc. Normally you can ask the department to send us (IAP) a request to outline the course for them and then THEY do an assessment based on that.
Currently there is NO blanket acceptance of the CHC51015 Diploma of Counselling by DSS.
This also applies to the 10791NAT Diploma of Clinical Hypnosis and Strategic Psychotherapy
