If you are unhappy with any aspect of your studies, or you would like to lodge an appeal to an assessment decision, you can do so.

Please complete the IAP Complaints and Appeals form by clicking HERE.

Before submitting a complaint or an appeal, we encourage students:

• Read the IAP Complaints and Appeals policy

• Read the IAP Complaints and Appeals Procedure

• Speak with the facilitator/assessor involved (with an appeal) or the RTO Manager (with a formal complaint)

Complete all the relevant fields of the complaint or appeal and sign the form before submitting.

Once received, it will be escalated to the RTO Manager who will begin the complaints and appeals process.
