Monitoring the Effectiveness of Services

Student progress will be monitored by the Assessor, in conjunction with the RTO Manager, to ensure that the students’ needs are being met. The Trainer is required to report to the RTO Manager on student progress through the Trainers Report,
which is submitted once a month to the RTO Manager.
