Most performance assessments in the hypnosis courses require students to submit documentation as well as doing the performance assessment

So you have completed the live performance assessment for 504 or 506. Well done.
The good news is that you have done your practical assessment! The better news is that you are nearly done with these summative assessments, and all you need to do is upload any documentation required by the assessment.
You need to carefully read the assessment requirements as they do contain other things to do apart from the performance or practical component. These may include uploading your recording and uploading required paperwork such as the treatment plan.
