Need Technical Support? This is Free and Effective.
These days with online courses, web-based videos, tags, meta-data and many things, students sometimes need some tech support for basic and some not so basic things. IAP does not have the resources to provide dedicated tech support (although we try!) - it is best to get it from a dedicated source, and even better when it is free!

The Tech Support Guy provides FREE, secure, 24/7 tech support to all who join (yes, you will need to join)
We recommend this highly appreciated site (5 start ratings all around) which uses experts who volunteer to answer technical questions in a really timely manner.
The site has been running since 1996, so is well established and has a huge following and membership. If the Tech Guy cannot help you, no-one can!
